Use of Mammologix Websites

Personnel Training

Mammologix user workstations are configured with full-disk encryption, strong passwords, and automatic locking. Mammologix users are prohibited from installing unauthorized software or portable media. NDA binds all employees and contractors.

Transferring personal data to the U.S.

Mammologix has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. Using Mammologix’s services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States. The United States has not sought nor received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR.

Data storage and retention

The Mammologix stores your personal data on its servers and the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Mammologix engages, located in the United States. Mammologix retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with Mammologix and for a period of time after that to analyze the data for Mammologix’s operations and historical and archiving purposes associated with Mammologix’s services.
