What the Terms of Service Covers
Business Associate Agreement
Mammologix operates as a Business Associate when handling protected health information. BAA provisions are included in the service relationship.
Secure Data Transfer
Supported exchange methods include HL7, sFTP, and fax-based workflows with encrypted transmission and defined security measures.
Custom Work Approval
Out-of-scope services, custom programming, and special arrangements require estimate review and written approval before work begins.
Fee Schedule
All service fees, billing work units, postage and delivery pass-through rates, and custom service pricing are defined in the attached Fee Schedule.
Data Export & Exit
If services end, the Terms of Service provides a defined process for data export, post-termination access, and data handling.
